Cancellations/Reschedules

All cancellations/reschedules must be done 48 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment to avoid a service charge.

Any cancellations/reschedules within the 48 hour window results in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

DAY OF cancellations/reschedules result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.

NO SHOWS

No showing your scheduled service will result in a 100% service charge.

LATE POLICY

Showing up 15+ minutes after your scheduled appointment time will result in a late fee of $15 to be added onto your appointment total or appointment will be rescheduled if timing does not allow.

  • NEW CLIENTS - fill out my "New Client Form." Next steps will be listed on the form.

  • All appointment times vary due to the length and thickness of the hair and what your hair goals are.

    Haircuts usually range from 30 mins (short haircut w/ rinse) to 1 hour (long haircut with wash/style).

    Color/Blonding can take anywhere from 2 hours to 5+ hours. Usually for these longer appointments I recommend to bring lunch or food as you will be sitting for a long period of time. Snacks and beverages are provided at the salon as well.

  • Make sure you're paying for your correct zone where you are parked. The parking meters take card/coins and are only valid for 2 hours at a time.

    The app "PASSPORT" is made for easy access to pay your parking from your phone. The app will not let you pay until your time has completely expired.

  • R&CO Bleu is a luxury product line. Hair Haus is the only salon in Chico that provides this product line & we absolutely love their products.
